Operating Your AviStart Remote-Controlled Door Lock/Unlock* To Lock the Doors: Press the remote control C button for 1-2 seconds. To Remote Start the Engine: 1. Press the remote control s button for 1-2 seconds, 10-15 minutes before you enter the vehicle (this will allow the climate control time to heat or cool the vehicle.) The parking lights will flash 2 times, the engine will start and the parking lights will remain on as a visual indication that the engine is running. temperature every 2½ hours and will only start the engine during extreme cold temperatures. There are three temperature levels to choose from.
