BASIC OPERATIONS 1. OPENING AND CLOSING THE DISC TRAY/LOADING DISCS 5 in. / 12cm disc This is an electronic operation and can only work when the power is on. BASIC OPERATIONS (CONT) 8. CHANGING THE TIME DISPLAY (39, 40, & 41)/TIME BAR (34): The time may be displayed in three different modes; Elapsed, Remain, and Total Remain. During normal play- back, pressing the TIME BUTTON (8), will change the time display information (39, 40, & 41) in the LCD (2). There are two ways to operate this function with the (-) & (+) PITCH BUTTONS (13) or with the JOG WHEEL (1). The maximum pitch bend percentage allowed is +/- 16%. BASIC OPERATIONS (CONT) 13. CREATING AND PLAYING A LOOP A loop is a sound loop that plays continuously. You can use this loop to create dramatic effect in your mixing. This loop has no time limit and you could actually loop the entire length of disc.
