Operation of Reverse Switch All fans are shipped from the factory with the reversing switch positioned to circulate air downward. If airflow is desired in the opposite direction, turn your SLIDE REVERSE SWITCH fan off and wait for the blades to stop turning, then RIGHT OR LEFT TO slide the reversing switch to the opposite position, and CHANGE BLADE DIRECTION turn fan on again.
