BEFORE USING THE MACHINE Job status screen (common to copy, print, network scan and fax) This screen appears when the [JOB STATUS] key on the operation panel is pressed. BEFORE USING THE MACHINE INITIAL SETTINGS The machine reverts to the initial settings when it is first turned on, when the [CLEAR ALL] key ( ) is pressed, or the preset "auto clear time" elapses after the last copy is made in any mode. When the machine reverts to the initial settings, all settings and functions selected to that point are cancelled. The auto clear time can be changed in the key operator programs. To enable correct detection of the paper size, be sure to pull out the bypass tray extension. Set the paper guides to the copy 2 paper width.
