First Steps Charging the Battery Cautions: Caring for the Battery • The only types of batteries you can use are NP-45A. • Use only the camera to charge NP-45A. Inserting a Memory Card Although the camera can store pictures in internal memory, SD memory cards (sold separately) can be used to store additional pictures.
