This routine enables you to define a new drive in the system BIOS. However, because the SCSI host adapter BIOS handles all I/O procedures, you should not attempt to define the drive type in the system BIOS. Instead, set the CMOS, or system setup, to drive type zero, or the no hard drive installed option. Note. If you are installing your drive in
