STOPPING THE ENGINE To stop the engine in an emergency, turn the engine switch to the OFF position. Under normal conditions, use the following procedure. 1. Move the throttle lever up fully. SEDIMENT CUP CLEANING 1. Move the fuel valve to the OFF position, then remove the fuel sediment cup and O-ring. Gasoline is highly flammable and explosive, and you can be burned or seriously injured when handling fuel. Stop engine and keep heat, sparks, and flame away. Handle fuel only outdoors.
