HOOKUP GUIDE STEP 1 DSS/DVD/Phone line Hookup ™ The PowerSource has facilities to protect a single phone line. FOR PAY-PER-VIEW DEVICES (SUCH AS DBS) A) Connect one end of a phone cable into a telephone wall jack. Plug the other end into the HTPS 7000 “IN” jack (Figure 1a). STEP 2 Outlet Programming All of the PowerSource's outlets located on the rear panel are "programmable". This means in order to program each outlet pair, you must use the front panel buttons “MENU” and “SET” (Figure 2). These buttons enable you to program between “switched on”, “switched on after delay” and “unswitched" (always on) settings independently on each outlet pair.
