The Intel® Atom™ dual-core processor D510 embedded on the NANO-PV-D510A has a 1.66 GHz clock speed, and a 1 MB L2 cache. The NANO-PV-D510A supports one 200-pin 667/800 MHz 2.0 GB (max.)
