Introduction & Quick Start Guide Getting Started Quickly The PSC portable comes with an application named PALPRO loaded in memory. PALPRO includes three useful data-collection programs for using the PT2000 or Top Gun without additional programming. Follow the steps below to begin using the portable with PALPRO immediately. About the PT2000 and Top Gun The PT2000 The PSC PT2000 is a rugged, handheld, portable data-collection terminal that allows bar code scanning technology anywhere. PALPRO is part of the PSC Portable Applications Library (PAL). With PAL, the PT2000 can be customized for specific purposes without using a programming application.
