The Grand Tour Buttons Buttons There are two sets of buttons, fixed and flexible. The fixed buttons (e.g.,  , ,  ,  , , , and) are standard to every Strata DK 2000- series telephone (see Table 1). They are used to initiate or answer a call and are known as your extension or intercom number(s).
