SECTION 3: ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS On some units, the J-handle may be pre-installed. Go to Install the Harness step 5 if the J-handle is pre-installed. Inspect the bolt O-Ring inside the bump knob to make sure it moves freely. Replace the bump knob if damaged. 2. Remove the old inner reel from the outer spool. See Full Figure 31. 3.
