Battery Install the Battery 1. Together, press the battery cover release latch and slide the battery cover down and lift up to remove it. 2. Insert the lower end of the battery in the direction of the arrow printed on the battery into the phone housing. The gold contacts on the bottom end of the battery should match up with those on the phone. 3. Push the top end of the battery down until it snaps into place. Understanding Your Phone 19
