Description of Features KEY, IGNITION SWITCH, STEERING LOCK, SEAT LOCK AND FUEL CAP • Your scooter comes with two keys. Keep the spare key in a safe place in case one key is lost. The key can be duplicated if necessary. Before Every Ride For your safety and to keep the scooter in good working order, ALWAYS perform the following checklist before every ride. If you find any damaged or worn parts, DO NOT use the scooter. Contact your dealer for repairs. CHECK THE FUEL LEVEL • Check the fuel gauge. Add fuel if necessary. Breaking In the Scooter • For the first 100 miles (160 kilometers) it is recommended that you kick start the scooter, or use the kick starter to “prime” the engine (force fuel into the carburetor) prior to using the electric starter.
