Clock / Minute Minder CLOCKFACE The timer incorporates a 24 hour clock. 0.00 + - SYMBOLS A ‘Bell’ symbol will light up when you select a Minute Minder Period and will remain lit for the period set. Hotplate The hotplate has one high speed wok burner, one large high speed burner, four normal simmering burners and two small simmering burner that will accommodate pans between 100mm (4”) and 200mm (8”) diameter.
