Controls Power/Volume/Squelch The knob on the left side of the SL40 controls power PULLSQUELCH on/off, volume, and squelch test. Basic Operation Frequency The Frequency Monitoring function allows you to listen Monitoring to the Standby frequency, while monitoring the Active frequency for activity.
