Connecting the cables 1 Connect the data cable from the terminal to a PC or other compatible device. Entering the PIN code The PIN (Personal Identification Number) code protects your SIM card against unauthorised use. It is usually supplied with the SIM card. For example, response +csq: 31, 99 means that the signal strength is excellent. If the signal is weaker than -95 dBm (the parameter is 9 or less), move the terminal to another location.
