The Bluetooth Neighborhood window To open the Bluetooth Neighborhood, double-click the shortcut placed on your desktop during installation. The Bluetooth Neighborhood window displays the following: ® 1. Menu bar: Contains standard Microsoft Windows pull-down menus and a Bluetooth menu. From the menu bar, you can access the Bluetooth Software Suite online help. 2.
