5. Installation 1. When making electrical connections it is always recommended that the vehicle’s battery be disconnected from the electrical system before performing the installation. Next, connect the factory 16-pin and 14-pin harness into the female connectors on the PGHGM1 harness. Be sure to make a firm connection but do not force it.
