Assembly Instructions Lamp Head Adjustment Knobs Read Instructions Carefully Before Assembly: Upper Shaft (A) 1. Set all parts of lamp on a carpet. Upper Shaft 2. Insert Middle Shaft (B) into Tightening Nut the Tightening Nut attached to the Upper Shaft (A). Rotate in clockwise manner to fasten securely. 3.
