Make sure the camera opening is free from dust or any other objects. Do not deliberately insert any object into the camera opening. Clean C-Pen with a dry cloth. Do not use detergents or other chemicals when cleaning C-Pen. C-Pen models that are powered by alkaline batteries, require two 1.5 V AAA batteries of type LR03. See Battery, p. 17.
