1 Getting Started 1.1 Install the (U)SIM Card The (U)SIM card (Universal Subscriber Interface Module) is the small plastic chip with gold contacts supplied by Telstra. This contains your phone number and acts as a store for your contacts. It can be moved between different phones if required. Insert this face down into the carrier inside the back panel of the phone.
