3. Attach the Steering Assembly (G) to the Turntable (D) using a Bolt (3), Flat Washer (10), Spring Washer (9), and Nut (8). Slide the Bolt through the under- side of the Steering Assembly (B) and into the Turntable. Secure it from inside the Turntable with the hardware. Loosely thread the Nut onto the Bolt.
