Chapter 1 INSTALLATION 1 CONNECTIONS CONNECTING THE TELEPHONE LINE CORD Plug one end of the telephone line cord into the jack on the machine marked "LINE." Plug the other side into a standard (RJ11C) single-line telephone wall jack. Be sure not to plug this telephone line cord into the "TEL" jack. ABOUT THE LIQUID CRYSTAL DISPLAY The machine is equipped with a two-line liquid crystal display (LCD) on the operation panel for displaying various messages and settings during operation.
