Power On/Off Network Scanning Allows you to scan documents and store them as electronic documents on a file server on the network by selecting a job template which has various assigned parameters. 2 Product Overview Powering Off Before turning the power off, wait at least 5 seconds after all copy or print jobs have completely finished. When you switch off the machine, it remains on for approximately 10 seconds while it stores files and prepares for shutdown. The machine then shuts down completely.
