OPERATING PROCEDURE 7.1 Power On Each time after power on, DVR will auto-detect its peripherals (self-testing, warm-up, auto detects the hard disk and starts CF-card testing, and etc.) The system will detect the video input and judge whether the video system is NTSC or PAL.
