Chapter 1 - FS-3600 Overview Introduction 1.1 Introduction The FS-3600 is a touch screen POS system for use in the hospitality industry. A companion keyboard entry terminal, the FS-2700, is also available. The left side of the screen displays guest check information as transactions are entered, adjusted and tendered. Each item is explained below and a sample screen is shown on the next page.
