RAS96 RASCard User Guide Introduction This manual describes the field installation and configuration of a Multi-Tech RAS96 series RASCard into a CommPlete Communications Server. It also describes the optional E1 daughter card which is required for use with MT5634HD16 modem cards. RAS96 RASCard User Guide Introduction The RAS96 assembly consists of a Pentium computer card to which is mounted a 2.5- inch hard disk drive, up to two optional E1 cards, and a front panel. Figure 1 shows the layout of the RAS96 card. RAS96 RASCard User Guide Introduction This chapter describes how to install the RAS96 RASCard into a CommPlete Communication Server chassis (either CC9600 or CC2400). This equipment should be installed only by a qualified service person.
