Setting up a Windows based PC D For a step by step guide of setting up a pc with USB please refer to the Installation guide on Pages 8-13 Power on you computer. Place the installation CD in the CD-ROM drive. Install shield will start and you will be prompted with the installation window. Click next to proceed with installation. Trouble Shooting F 1. Problem: Error 691. • Please check username and password. (contact your ISP). 2.
