           7 Processor The Altos R700 server board accommodates one or two Intel Xeon processors with 512k cache in the INT3/FCPGA Socket 604 package. This processor uses the .13 micron technology.

           8 1 Description Memory The system board has six 168-pin DIMM slots each supporting 72-bit ECC registered DDR DIMMs (DDR-200 or DDR-266 compatible). Memory is partitioned in three banks. You may install a minimum of 256 MB (128MB x 2) and as much as 12 GB. Memory must be installed in pairs, starting with bank 1 (slots 1B and 1A).
