INSTALLATION OF SATELLITE RECEIVER A correctly installed satellite antenna is essential for the receiver to operate. The satellite antenna coaxial cable must be long enough to reach the desired receiver site. Install the receiver near your television set, making sure to leave ventilation space of about 15 cm to the sides and above the receiver. Do not obstruct the ventilation slots of the receiver. RECORDING SATELLITE PROGRAMMES If your receiver is connected to a VCR, you can record satellite programmes. Paragraph 2 : Connection to a VCR in the INSTALLATION OF SATELLITE RECEIVER chapter of the present manual describes the procedure for connecting the VCR to the receiver.
