EtherHub-5st User’s Guide Connect the hub to another hub in a daisy-chain configuration, if necessary. When daisy- chaining, use port 5MDI instead of station port 5MDI-X. To limit the number of hubs in a path (when daisy-chaining more than two hubs), link several hubs to one central hub. And make sure there is only one path between any two stations on the network. 3.
