Ground lift Operation Due to the variety of power sources available to the DJ, Stanton has included a ground lift switch to be used on the ST- 150/STR8-150 turntables. This will allow the DJ to have the capability of changing the grounding scheme of the phono cartridge to avoid ground hum that may occur when using the turntable.
