UNIDEN Model UH044DP DELUXE PACK UHF CB Radio GETTING STARTED BATTERY INSTALLATION Your Deluxe pack includes 3 AA rechargeable NiCd batteries to power the UH044. You must install and then charge the batteries for 15-20 hrs before use. The UH044 can also use 3 AA Alkaline batteries. Do not mix old and new batteries to avoid damage to the unit. To install the batteries: 1. Make sure your radio is off. 2. Release the battery cover clip, then remove the battery cover. 3. Insert 3 AA rechargeable NiC
