Step 4 Tuning your TV to the VCR I/u ON/STANDBY PROGRAM +/– RF CHANNEL ON/STANDBY 1 Press I/u ON/STANDBY to turn on the VCR. 2 Press RF CHANNEL on the VCR lightly.
