PRECAUTIONS To get the optimum performance from the balance and acquire accurate weighing data, note the following: 3-1 Before Use Install the balance in an environment where the temperature and humidity are not excessive. The best operating temperature is about 20°C / 68°F at about 50% relative humidity. 3-6 Smart Range Function The GP-32K, GP-32KS and GP-102K are equipped with two ranges. The precision range has a higher resolution. The standard range has normal resolution. The range is switched automatically, depending on the value displayed. Pressing the RE-ZERO key allows weighing in the precision range, regardless of the tare value. 5. WEIGHING 5-1 Basic Operation (Kilogram Mode) 1 Place a container on the weighing pan, if necessary. Press the RE-ZERO key to cancel the weight (tare). The balance displays 0.0000 kg.
