WARNING This fan has a grounded three pronged plug intended to fit into a three slot outlet. (A) An adapter is available for connecting three pronged plugs into two slot outlets. (B) When doing so, the green ground- ing tab extending from the adapter must be fastened under the wall plate’s mounting screw. The adapter should not be used if a three-slot out- let is available. ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS Estimated assembly time: Approximately 5 minutes Remove the fan and packaging materials from the box. Remove the mounting nut from the motor shaft. Position the back grille over the motor shaft, aligning the holes in the back grille with the two knobs that pro- trude from the motor. Make sure the handle is at the top. OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS 1. Set the fan on a stable, level surface. 2. Confirm that the Speed Control Lever is set to “O” (off). Plug the cord into a standard outlet. 3.
