3.11 SO218/318 OPERATION INFORMATION FOR SERVICE PERSONNEL The SO218/318 is a cocktail/slush freezer. It is available in 208-230 volt, either air-cooled or water-cooled. The air-cooled version has front-to-back airflow requiring three inches of air space in the front and back for proper refrigeration.
