POWER BLOWER 11 OPERATOR'S MANUAL IMPORTANT Recoil starter: Use short pulls - only 45 ~ 60 cm (18 ~ 24 in.) of rope for starting. Do not allow the rope to snap back in. 12 STOPPING ENGINE A 1. Throttle Trigger/Throttle Position Lever Release throttle trigger (F). If you are unsure or are not equipped with the necessary tools, you may want to take your unit to an ECHO Service Dealer for maintenance.
