ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS FOR BACK WHEELS 1. Remove the plastic bag from the Four Wheel Cart. See Figure A. Cut all the tie straps holding component parts. Open Cart (#1) and organize parts for assembly. ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS FOR FRONT WHEELS 5. To assemble the Front Axle: Flip Cart around so handle is in back. Using the Short Axle (#3) and using the “Assembly Order”, put Cotter Pin in hole, Washer, Small Spring, Washer, Small Wheel (#5) and last Washer.
