3. Fire Fighting & Evacuation Plan It is extremely essential that each office appoints a floor supervisor / Fire Marshall / Fire Safety Committee on a 24x7 basis to deal with fire & related issues. Their contact no. (Mobile phone) shall be provided to the Facility Management office by the client. No car will be allowed inside the basement. All drivers present will be asked to move out with their cars. (On P.A system a corresponding message will be announced).
