INSTALLING YOUR 2 DRIVE This chapter guides you through the installation of your new CD-ROM drive. To install the drive, your PC must have a free IDE interface connector, or you must buy an IDE controller card from a computer retailer. (An Enhanced IDE controller card is required if your PC already has a one-port IDE controller).
