3. Using a small flat screw driver, gently pry and remove the end cap from the cartridge (Fig. 3). Fig. 3 4. Remove the two screws that secure the waste bin to the cartridge (Fig. 4). Fig. 4 5. The waste bin is held in place by a post that sits in a slot on the end cap. Push the waste bin up towards the handle to remove the post from the slot on this end cap. Set the waste bin to the side (Fig. 5).

6. Remove the two screws that hold the opposite end cap in place (Fig. 6). Fig. 6 7. Use a small flat screw driver to pry up the end cap to remove it (Fig. 7). Set the toner hopper to the side. 9. Remove the wiper blade. Clean all residual toner from the waste bin. Inspect the recovery blade. Replace the wiper blade and set the waste bin to the side for reassembly (Fig. 9). Fig. 9 10. 12. Remove the drum and replace during reassembly (Fig. 12). Fig. 12 13. Remove the fill plug and clean out residual toner from the hopper. Using a small flat screw driver, pry up the locking tab that secures the developer roller stabilizer plate (Fig. 13). Fig. 13 14.
