SYSTEM CONFIGURATION The GP-1650W/1650WD mainly consists of a display unit and a GPS antenna. A DGPS beacon receiver is provided inside the display unit for GP-1650WD type. The chart card drive in the display unit loads electronic charts. External equipment which may be connected include an autopilot and a DGPS beacon receiver. While they are operating, they radiate noise, which can interfere with radio equipment. Ground the unit to prevent interference.
