Fast Freeze boosts the freezing speed, which helps to ensure vital freshness, texture and taste are retained during the freezing process. The Fast Freeze feature drops the freezer to its coldest temperature for a 12 hour period and then returns to its normal mode. You may wish to use this when freezing a quantity of meat
