ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS METAL FITTING CABLE END BRACKET SPRING HOOK STEP 5 Turn the TENSION KNOB(23) on the UPRIGHT(4) counterclockwise as far as it can go, so the cable end extends out of the metal fitting as far as possible. SET UP INSTRUCTIONS Place the Magnetic Upright 1300 Bike in the area where it will be used. It is recommended that the Magnetic Upright 1300 Bike be placed on an equipment mat. The Magnetic Upright 1300 Bike is approximately 35 inches long x 22 5/8 inches wide x 48 1/2 inches tall. An area 4 feet wide x 5 feet long is required for safe operation of the Magnetic Upright 1300 Bike. OPERATIONAL INSTRUCTIONS SEAT HEIGHT ADJUSTMENT Proper seat height is important for efficient exercise. To determine proper seat height, sit on the BIKE and center the ball of your foot on the pedal in the down position. Your leg should be slightly bent and relaxed as shown.
