To reset your Eve Smart Strip, you can follow these steps:
1. Disconnect all devices: Unplug all the devices connected to your Eve Smart Strip.
2. Power off the Smart Strip: Press and hold the power button on the Smart Strip until all the lights turn off. It might take about 10 seconds.
3. Unplug the Smart Strip: Remove the power plug from the Smart Strip and wait for a few seconds.
4. Plug in the Smart Strip: Plug the power cord back into the Smart Strip.
5. Reset the Smart Strip: Press and hold the power button again for about 10 seconds until the lights start flashing.
6. Reconnect devices: Now you can reconnect your devices to the Smart Strip.
The reset process should be complete, and your Eve Smart Strip is ready for use.

To reset your Eve Energy plug, you can follow these steps:
1. Locate the reset button on the plug. It is usually a small pinhole on the side or bottom.
2. Take a small paperclip or a similarly sized object and straighten it out.
3. Gently insert the paperclip into the reset button hole and press and hold the button for about 10-15 seconds.
4. While still holding the reset button, remove the power source from the plug (unplug it from the wall or disconnect it from the power strip).
5. Keep holding the reset button for another 10-15 seconds, and then release it.
6. Reconnect the power source to the plug (plug it back into the wall or reconnect it to the power strip).
7. Wait for the plug to power up and connect to your network. It may take a few moments for this process to complete.
Your Eve Energy plug should now be reset and ready to use. Remember to set it up again in the Eve app or whatever smart home platform you use, following the initial installation process.

To update your Eve door sensor, follow the steps below:
1. Ensure that you have the Eve app installed on your iOS device. You can get it from the App Store if you haven't already.
2. Open the Eve app and navigate to the "Rooms" section.
3. Find the room where your Eve door sensor is located and tap on it to view the devices within that room.
4. Locate your Eve door sensor in the list and tap on it to access its settings.
5. Scroll down to the "Device Settings" section and tap on "Firmware Update."
6. If a firmware update is available for your Eve door sensor, you will see the option to update it. Tap on "Update" and follow any on-screen instructions or prompts to complete the update process.
7. Ensure that your Eve door sensor remains within range of your iOS device during the update process.
Note: Make sure your Eve door sensor has sufficient battery power or is connected to a power source during the update. It's also recommended to close the door connected to the sensor while updating to prevent false open/close events.
