CLEANING The machine must be thoroughly cleaned at the end of each working shift or at least daily. Never use steel wool to clean warewasher surfaces. Use only products formulated to be safe on stainless steel. Turn off the power switch. If the machine has steam heat, close the manually operated steam (ball) valve. Open the machine doors.
