2. Getting started 2.1 Baby unit battery installation The camera uses either 3 AA size batteries (non-rechargeable batteries recommended) or the household power mains. 4.4 Voice Activation If you do not want the parent unit screen to be on continually, you can set the VOX mode so that the screen only turns on if there is a sound near the baby unit. The sound detection sensitivity level (VOX) of the Baby Monitor can be adjusted.
