n Terms to Know The following words are used in this guide. Subscriber The owner of a VPS mailbox. The System Manager can create a mailbox for you. System Manager The System Manager is the person who manages and maintains the VPS to make it work efficiently. He controls mailbox creat- ing and authorizes some of the features. Caller A caller is any person who is connected to a VPS service other than a Subscriber or the System Manager. iii
